Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests will only be considered if made *within 7 days* of placing the service order, provided no initial work has started.
Once our team has begun work, including document verification, consultation, or filing, no refund will be applicable.
If a service cannot be delivered due to ineligibility, incomplete documentation, or client non-cooperation, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
In the rare case of non-performance or service delay from our side, a partial refund or credit note may be provided at our management’s discretion.
Refund Process:

All refund requests will be reviewed by our accounts and compliance team.
Approved refunds will be processed within *15–30 business days* through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services:
Government fees, third-party charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Customized services, Startup India registration support, ISO certifications, or digital filings once initiated are not eligible for a refund.
